Thanks for the fast work! They’re stretched because the source is a bit tiny so the encoder software just does that for some reason, if you have an early 720p version that’ll help!

a small tip, you can use this software called buzz ai to automatically generate a rough draft in english or japanese, the timing isn’t perfect but easier than starting from scratch, i use version 0.8.1 for these new releases, the options being Whisper, and Large

it basically transcribes the video and makes an srt in english or japanese, of course the human touch is much better so I go over the timing manually and make sure it makes sense, saves a lot of time
