Hi Holly,Your workouts are great. I love the supersets.I am still working on getting myself some of my own barbells and dumbells so that I do not have to go to the gym to do these workouts.I haven;t gone to the gym in a month, instead have been doing the workouts you have been posting and I feel wonderful.
