Kailash Parbat in Colaba – the original one is perhaps the only one which has some cosnnsteicy in the quality of food. The franchises that have sprung all over India, just stink. They neither have the quality, nor the supposed expertise. The simply compromise on the quality and hope that the Kailash Parbat name will carry them through. With the amount of moolah the franchises bring them, I don’t think Kailash Parbat even cares. But, trust me, it will hurt them, in the long run.
