In the novel, the girl w/ heterochromia and the first girl shown to get raped were the first ones to escape and survive but still in the world of the orcs so they decided to start a family w/ some of the elves but here, the sisters are the survivors…well, at least the first girl is still part of the survivors, but they are now outside of the fog and returned to our world.
