And the punishment for the rapist can come in the form of another character coming to her aid, and taking out the threat.
But in this, it would make no sense. The protag is just a normal High School girl, likely with no combat experience. And on top of that, there is no reason to fight due to the cause for the rape being blackmail, and not force. She made the decision to have sex to protect herself, and her friend.
