Let her room get dirty and unorganized so things get harder for her to do. Any damages will come out of her pay check or allowance, college money, money that could of been spent for her b-day, etc.

Remind her that it’s not totally her room. You guys only handed over some ownership to her but you hold more of a say in what happens to that room. The only thing she 100% owns in that room would be her stuff inside it, not the actually room. Teach her that respect and empathy.

You can holdback on gifts, deny internet or tv access, deny her dessert, remove her room’s door and light bolts since their yours, deny her usage of the outlets, go to school with her and just be there, don’t give her rides, etc. until her rooms clean. Just some ideas. lol
