Well time stop is already breaking the laws of physics.

So this is under the assumption that he’s moving at an enormous speed it would potentially kill people but I don’t believe this is the case. Well firstly note that walking alone generates force and hence a lot of energy yet the ground isn’t affected. So I think rather the watch puts anything affected into a stasis so it’s not that he speeds up but that everyone slows down to a standstill. This would mean that he still moves at a time regular speed but that everybody still has the mass to take it. Well anything is affected by gravity especially one with mass because gravity is a warp but since he’s the only one that can move he’s the only one to show signs.

It also appears that what he interacts with has the effect weakened around the area of interaction so nerves will affect and chain react and then their bodies react but their consciousness will be slightly aware but not fully aware.
