Have you ever gone to have tests done? Honest question because this is the kind of stuff you hear about after school shootings and the like. Get help now. There are people who have better advice than me or anybody else on this site. There are ways to control your emotions, there are ways to find peace within yourself, and sometimes the anger is something you can control, and sometimes it isn’t. When it isn’t, there are medications and whatnot made to help you live a normal life. Again, don’t keep this bottled up, tell someone of authority to get the help you need properly.

I have the same problem( although not the dreams )it’s mostly because of a lot of hormones being released into the body at once and since the chemical that causes anger is the most potent it beats out the others and you’re angry all or most of the time but Adam does have a point in the fact that there are medications to control these hormones and if this persists after you leave school I would definatley say you should go see a psychiatrist and the dreams are again hormones or it can also be things that you eat before going to bed that can cause nightmares like bananas for instance but I’m sure it’ll all sort itself out in time but good luck and what I do is just ignore people the ones that matter will stick with and the ones that don’t will go away
