Well, it depends if you want to cook it healthy way or not.
If you want to do it without added calories, just use a bit of oil on a pan, or use grill. And you should stick with breasts, nice protein source without added fats. And only use a bit of salt and pepper, too much salt holds water in your body, which contributes to water-weight. Serve with some curry rice
If you want it done properly though, let the chicken marinade in butter/herb/tomato sauce marinade for like a day first, then cook it with either some potatoes or rice, and from the juices that chicken left on a pan, you can make a nice sauce, just add milk/cream, bit of mustard and bit of flour to it.
