it’s a bit confusing at first, but open it, it takes a minute, click the second button on the bottom left, the first line on the box lets you select english, click ok, then open the box again and set second line to japanese, and choose mode to accurate, not fast, that’s important or it’ll miss half the lines, then open a raw motion anime, and drag the scroll so the box is on the text itself throughout the video, and click ok,
it helps to encode the motion anime to 1 fps so no duplicate lines show up
